HR Transformation - Senior/Managing Consultants
A leading management consultancy, based in London, are currently looking to recruit talented HR consultants to join its specialist HR practice and help organisations to solve complex business problems and respond to the strategic challenges of providing a continuing stream of talent.
You will be a broad based business consultant, specialising in integrating people issues with business strategy, and will work on a variety of projects across the HR spectrum. You will be involved in producing profound results in developing and implementing people strategies, change programmes and HR function and business transformations.
Managing Consultants will also project manage teams of consultants and/or client team members in the delivery of solutions, develop relationships with both existing and new clients and lead in the development of thought leadership.
Senior Consultants will possess:
• Proven experience of working in a HR-related environment gained from a line or consulting role (Major Blue-Chip organisation or consultancy)
• Experience in either; HR Business Partnering, Shared Services; HR Operating Model; Talent Management; L&D, Organisation Development; Business Process Re-engineering, HR system implementation, Performance Management
• Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues
• Experience of running a work-stream or a small project
• CIPD or equivalent qualification
Managing Consultants must also possess:
• Prior experience in a consultancy role
• A proven track record of successful sales and be able to meet targets of £500K
• Experience of people management and management of large workstreams and projects
The base salary is up to £80K, plus bonus and benefits and all consultants must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
