This is an exceptional opportunity for HR Transformation or Learning and Development professionals to become part of the team building the People and Change Group within this ‘big four’ firm.
This role will provide you with growth, challenge and rewards and the opportunity to work with the most talented minds in the industry.
We are looking for people with:
· Consulting experience
· A degree level education
· Experience of working in blue chip organisations
· Experience of working in an advisory, project or programme environment on significant HR transformation or L&D projects.
· Outstanding interpersonal skills
· Commercial acumen
· A willingness to travel across the UK and overseas
· Deep experience of either:
HR Transformation – HR strategy, operating model, outsourcing / shared service, transformation planning
Learning and Development – Learning strategy, competency frameworks, L/TNA, design and delivery
