HR Transformation Programme Managers & Consultant
England (home based) - Home Based
Our client is a major financial services company that is undertaking a major transformation of their entire HR operation – a company wide, top to bottom change of the way in which the business interfaces with its entire staff.
The requirement is for change and programme management professionals who are equipped to re-structure and re-organise new cultural interventions and design. These are leadership roles which will involve developing the capability of the consultancy team to ensure delivery. The role will involve significant exposure to executives at the most senior level in the organisation – and requires energy and commitment to drive change in a demanding environment.
Candidates will be senior level business change and programme management professionals who have had leadership and delivery of the people elements of major change programmes; and will have a background with big name management consulting companies or large corporate organisations.
The role will involve frequent travel to a small number of key locations across England including London. Candidate can based anywhere in England.
