Human Capital Management Practice Leader (Europe)

This is an exceptional opportunity for an outstanding Consultant with extensive and deep experience of SAP HCM solutions to lead and build this client’s Human Capital Management Practice for Europe

Our client delivers business transformation consultancy to major, multinational organisations, in the UK and globally. Their Business Consulting division focuses on enhancing company performance through a broad range of business programmes.

We are looking for candidates with the following experience;
· Experience as a HR Director/Senior Manager (desirable) or significant experience in a Senior HR Consulting role
· Leader of HCM implementations and of major HR transformation programs (with SAP)
· Experience with SAP (specifically the HR, ESS, MSS modules) and the practical issues and challenges of technology enablement within HR functions
· Shared Service implementation experience (desirable)
· Demonstrated experience establishing/maintaining senior level relationships
· Demonstrated experience successfully selling SAP HCM implementations

You will also hold a 2:1 degree from a recognised university
