Human Resources Manager

This is a great opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join a rapidly growing facilities management team which is part of a £800M turnover group.

The company seeks a Human Resources Manager who has working experience of hard FM and the tender process to work for this leading engineering business, which is going through an excellent period of growth within the facilities management department.

The key responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager role will be to:
- Support the company's facilities management development team and the Managing Director by defining and delivering the HR components to traditional hard FM bids including presentations to clients.
- Oversee the HR components of selected bid processes, ensuring appropriate cost analysis and HR risk management are taken account of.
- Oversee and manage, as and when required, the TUPE and RoE processes in successful bids, research, recommend, draft and assist in the implementation of appropriate policies and procedures.
- Provide appropriate advice on all human resources issues as and when required.
- Liaise with the recognised trade unions of the company
- Undertake ad hoc special HR work as required

The successful Human Resources Manager must have experience of the hard FM tender bidding process as well as a proven track record within an FM environment experience.
