IMS Manger – Health & Safety Systems

My client is a FTSE 250 company and a leading infrastructure, building and business services organisation with an order book worth over £9bn and a turnover of £4 billion. They are working in areas vital to society, designing, building, and maintaining new environments for business and leisure, and safer, more reliable transport networks.
My Clients Rail businesses work across the UK and as far afield as Scandinavia, the Far East and Australasia. Their team consists of individuals with the technology and the engineering know-how to deliver high quality rail projects and services, to the highest standards of quality and safety. From the Channel Tunnel Rail Link to urban and local networks, they work closely with their clients to improve the way that rail infrastructure serves both passengers and freight operators.
The Rail Business has an enviable track record on some of the highest profile projects in the UK and Ireland. Reporting to the Project Manager the business now seeks an IMS Manager to implement the health and safety systems in the delivery of a large project to the value of £22 million. The successful applicant will be responsible for a small team along with budget responsibilities.
Experience
· Proven track record working with Health & Safety in the Infrastructure
· 5 Years experience
· Strong Communication skills
· Professional Qualifications NEBOSH
· Construction, Rail, Civil’s & Permanent Way .
