Industrial Leasing - Client side

The Client:
With a total property portfolio of over £5bn and 4m sq m of business space across 10 countries, my client is a key player in the property investment and development industry.


The Role:
· To identify and secure new customers to vacant properties

· To secure pre-lets on the buildings we own

· To formulate and implement marketing plans for new and existing buildings in conjunction with the in-house marketing team and external agents.

· To brief, instruct and liaise with the company’s legal representatives throughout the leasing process.

· To consult and liaise with asset management and development colleagues and with the Construction and Finance Divisions, where appropriate.

· To maintain up to date leasing performance information and comply with internal reporting procedures.

· To foster and enhance working relationships with customers, agents, business influencers and trade organisations.

· To support the development and training of other team members.



What we’re looking for:
· Previous experience of leasing commercial/industrial property
· Excellent market knowledge and commercial acumen
· Member of RICS
· Wide range of existing agency contacts
· Good working knowledge of planning, commercial law and construction.
· Driving licence
