Infinys Production Support Analyst
England - Home Based
A BSS production support analyst/consultant with extensive Infinys experience is required for an initial 6-month contract based in Europe.
You will be involved in the Production Support of a national migration to Infinys and will be required to perform the investigation of customer related faults raised by the fault management system. You will assist with the post-sales customer billing requirements and will understand specific internal and customer billing requirements and processes.
Suitable candidates will have experience of supporting production deployment of new capability releases and will have conducted some enhancement work. Candidates must have in-depth Infinys product experience alongside other BSS product experience.
You will have revenue assurance, call detail record (CDR) processing, Billing and general application support. Knowledge of back office, IT, Billing procedures and associated batch routine is an advantage.
All candidates must have a valid EU work permit/
