Information Analyst

My successful public sector client in Chichester are looking for two Information Analysts to join them for 3 months contracts.

The purpose of the roles will be to support a transitional period of integration for the client, through supporting the delivery of high quality performance information, developing new KPIs to monitor performance and developing processes to ensure good business continuity.

The main duties will be to:
> Interrogate data from the Management Information System to analyse trends and make recommendations concerning performance issues.
> Produce monthly performance briefings and analysis, and review SLA processes through building and administration of SLA monitoring models.
> Support colleagues with the understanding and correct application of activity data relating to income/SLAs
> Work with colleagues in the application and update of data processing routines
> Initiate and integrate internal/external data collection processes
> Present and report performance and other highly complex information verbally and in writing.

The successful applicants need to be educated to A Level standard, and must have excellent analytical and evaluative ability, data analysis and interpretation experience and a highly numerate capability. The ability to use spreadsheets and to interpret complex data is also important.
