Infrastructure Analyst

My client, one of the UK's largest privately owned housing, construction, property care and investment companies, is looking for an Infrastructure Analyst.
The successful applicant will be skilled in migrating users from one domain to another following a merger, and will diagnose issues with ADMT. They will identify priorities correctly and take appropriate action, and follow guidelines where they have been set. They should also be capable of configuring switches for VLAN operation specific to Voice and data, and also of producing detailed documentation for records and management.
The main responsibilities of this position will be to:
>Provide and support network services whilst maintaining detailed records of all connections through the MPLS provider.
>Manage the installation and administration of Voice over IP telephony across the MPLS network and associated Infrastructure equipment.
>Install, configure and administer Exchange 2003, Active Directory and security systems.
>Administer remote access including Firewall, Concentrator, Telewest ADSL and dial up connections.
>Install, configure and maintain switches within the infrastructure, encompassing VLAN configuration.
>Produce detailed documentation as required by the Infrastructure Manager.
>Implement infrastructure changes as per agreed procedures.
The desired skills for this positions include:
Exchange 2003 installation, configuration and administration
Exchange migration using ADMT
Active Directory administration
VLAN configuration (HP Procurve and Cisco)
Managing/troubleshooting network issues (LAN and WAN)
Experience supporting VOIP systems
Network packet capturing and analysing
Firewall configuration
Administering VPN accounts
Managing F-secure Anti Virus
Any experience of administering Bluecoat proxy and/or Cisco PIX and concentrator would also be beneficial.
A valild driving licence and transport are essential.
