Infrastructure Services Manager
North London - London
An Infrastructure Services Manager is urgently required for a Global organisation based in North London. The successful Infrastructure Services Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the infrastructure team’s integrity and performance to support the availability and security of the core infrastructure environment across a global organisation. Other duties/responsibilities include:
-Financial management responsibility for operational budgets, forecasting of and costs management.
-Define, implement, maintain, monitored & managed Operational Service Level Agreements (OLAs) for the infrastructure support function.
-Liaising with 3rd party suppliers and service providers to ensure reliable and efficient provision of services and goods in order to support the business
-Providing 2nd and 3rd line operational support to the business and all IT systems.
-Provide assistance/guidance to end users, 3rd party vendors, and customers that use the company’s systems.
-Perform Root Cause Analysis and resolution of issues and incidents.
-Undertake proactive system maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting and reporting.
To be right for the role you will have experience of the following: MS Exchange 2003-3007, Ctirix, MS Distributed File System Sharing, Virus Control/Security, MS NLB, MS Clustering, SAN and SAN fabrics, WAN/LAN, Virtual Servers using Citrix and MS Virtual Server, Blade Server infrastructure, ITIL framework, experience working in a 24/7 environment, experience in B2B systems, MCSE,MCSA,MCDST,CCIe,CCNP,CCNA or equivalent proven experience.
