Infrastructure Services Team Leader

An Infrastructure Services Team Leader is required for a leading city based insurance company. The Infrastructure Services Team Leader will be responsible for providing 3rd line support for the company's Server, SAN, Desktop and Database services. Duties include Backup, Disaster Recovery, Messaging, File & Print and Archiving solutions. The successful Infrastructure Services Team Leader will also be managing and delivering new infrastructure projects.

To be right for the role experience in some or all of the following is essential

Strong technical solution design and Microsoft and HP infrastructure experience.
Good understanding of Database Administration services
Good knowledge of blade servers and EVA Storage Area Networks.
Understanding of Enterprise Backup solutions and Virtual environments.
Strong Support and monitoring background.
Good understanding of technology developments.
Good project management experience.
Experience of managing third party supplier services and agreements.
Experience of international IT operations.
Experience of supporting Financial Services business.
Experience of managing IT technical staff.
