Insurance Business Consultants

As part of a well established global organisation, our customer is a brand new Insurance Services provider in the Netherlands which is looking for a Senior Insurance Business Consultants to work in their Utrecht offices.

They have recently established their Market Solution and Integration Division, which has been designed to work with Insurance companies to provide business process outsourcing solutions for claims and policy documents. Also helping the clients to build and implement their own processing capability.

This is an exciting opportunity, as the division is still very young it means that the people that join will have input into the future shaping and strategy of it.

We are looking for:

·Insurance experts with strong consultancy skills.
·Knowledge of policy and claims processes, risk management or shared service centre concepts.
·Ability to identify business issue with our customers being able to translate these towards solutions, designing and implementing high value insurance solutions.

Job requirements:

·HBO or University (insurance / finance) background is preferred.
·Strong experience in claims or policy management within insurance companies or consulting companies.
·Ability to interface with the client at senior operational and c-suite level.
·Able to be creative and influence customers.
·Affinity with IT.
·Some flexibility to travel is desired.
