Exceptional opening in high growth business consulting arm of leading IT services firm for experienced senior manager/leader.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing consultancy arm – part of a major worldwide corporate which has been building a global consulting practice to compliment their existing IT services operation and enable them to offer their clients a full end-to-end service and strategic engagement at CxO level. Their specialist Financial Services consulting arm which provides subject matter and sector expertise in Capital Markets, Retail Banking and Insurance is in a period of particular growth. Although focussed on the UK the team has a Europe wide remit.

The role will consist of a mix of both delivery and business development; developing relationships with clients and building relationships with prospective clients; leading consulting projects or work streams within large programmes of work; mentoring junior consultants and helping to build market awareness through conferences and articles, for example. Of key importance is developing the firm’s strategic capability and business consulting offering in the Insurance sector.

• Proven track record of management consultancy experience gained with a recognised consulting employer
• significant recent experience and expertise in the insurance sector
• proven experience and ability to interface and influence at CxO level
• Deep understanding of business, IT and operational issues
• Wholly mobile
