Integration Engineer

My client, a top global award winning risk management software and solutions provider has an amazing opportunity for IT professional. You will have solid experience in UNIX surroundings, databases and scripting.

As integration Engineer you will accomplish the technical side of the implementation in my clients Enterprise Risk management solution, with different customers. You will co-operate in the team with other Integration Engineers, Financial Engineers and Project Managers.

Their tasks:
• Install the Suite at the customer and integrate them into an IT environment.
• Tie up the data sources of the customer to the Suite.
• Support the Financial Engineers with the configuration of the risk computations and if necessary with customized extensions.
• Solve arising technical problems, if necessary with support by our specialized divisions.
• Work in direct contact with the customer locally or support it by telephone and email.

The requirements and abilities:

• Experience in the UNIX surrounding field, preferably Solaris, Linux or AIX
• Experience with data bases, practice in Oracle, Sybase or DB2 would be helpful
• Experience in providing Shell and Perl scripting
• Independent acting and safe occurrence with the customer
• At least two years professional experience with work on the project

Experiences with financial commercial systems (e.g. Summit, Kondor+) would be of advantage, likewise basic knowledge of banking.
