Integration Senior Finance Manager

A key role has become available within a prominent retail bank.

The focus of this newly created position will be to integrate a key acquisition from a finance perspective and to lead a small team towards this end. Duties will include:

 to provide support to the creation of all integration led business cases.
 to provide input to and challenge the costs and benefits of the integration programme to establish a robust cost and benefits plan.
 to establish and maintain cost and benefit tracking for the Integration programme.
 to deliver financial control through the project migrations.
 to deliver SOX compliance.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and have extensive experience of building and managing finance teams with a Financial Services environment. You will thrive in a fast paced, challenging and changing environment and be well versed in managing and influencing multiple stakeholders.
