Interim CI Manager

Chilled and ambient food producer (branded and own-label) with numerous sites nationwide require a continuous improvement (CI) business leader, initially for 12 months, to devise, manage and direct a strategic and tactical CI initiative including implementing a lean transformation business plan across the group. Must have food manufacturing experience and a proven track record of winning hearts and minds from grass roots level upwards to facilitate and deliver effective change programmes.
