Our Client is an international manufacturing business with a significant presence in the private and public sectors. With strong people values and a commitment to employee engagement, the Company has recently been awarded a substantial contract, which necessitates the early recruitment of 50–60 people across all disciplines at all levels.

Working closely with the site HR Manager and with operational colleagues the role concentrates on the acquisition of these employees through the use of sophisticated yet proven recruitment tools. You will coordinate the total process, liaising as appropriate with external providers to ensure the best quality of candidates, against demanding briefs and to exacting time-scales.

Certainly an accomplished HR generalist and ideally with CIPD membership, your background will have encompassed significant recruitment experience in a fast moving business. You will possess excellent organisational and project management skills, be familiar with assessment centres, psychometrics and competency based interviewing techniques. In interpersonal terms, you will be an able communicator, be organised, calm under pressure and have high levels of energy and resilience.
