An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Internal Audit Manager to work for my client who is a leading player in the global energy market. They are a dynamic growing business with operations in 20 countries over five continents.
You will be a qualified high flyer and keen to make your mark within this fast moving organisation. You will have a strong commercial focus and self motivated with a desire to add value and drive change.
As this is a global company you will undertake c40% international travel.
Responsibilities include:
Plan, organise and carry out reviews undertaken by teams of up to three auditors of operational processes, procedures and operating practices to assess and help improve the adequacy, efficiency and effectiveness of risk management and internal control
Prepare reports to line management, up to Executive VP and Group director level, which make practical recommendations for reducing risk or improving efficiency and hence result in management action
