We are working with one of the world's leading hotel chains to recruit a new Development Director to join their UK based team.
This is a challenging role and will be responsible for managing the development and performance of an international portfolio of property across EMEA.
You will be dealing directly with operators, leasees and franchisees assessing, advising and directing development activities.
A detailed knowledge of dealing with commerical property leases, project management and communication skills are essential for this role. Experience of working in a range of countries and cultures also a major benefit.
