International Export Sales Manager - Middle East

Our client is a growing dynamic company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a portfolio of health and beauty brands found in many of the high streets the World over. Its Export business is substantial and following a period of restructuring and re-organisation and with significant investments being made both in brands and people they now have a new position within the Export Department to drive forward exciting strategies for their market leading brands direct to the Multiple Retail Sector in the Middle East.
They need someone with significant experience of taking market opportunity data and in developing and delivering a sound commercial case for the Retail trade in a number of established and emerging Middle Eastern Countries. With demonstrable success in business development with International Multiple Retail Accounts you will thrive in this entrepreneurial environment where you really can make a difference.
This varied role encompasses many aspects of general business management - as well as setting a pro-active agenda for a number of key Retail Chains you will also have demonstrable success in managing a team of locally based Regional Sales Managers in closing and delivering winning strategies in a similarly fast paced industry.
It is important that you can demonstrate a natural ability to effectively plan and manage your time in maintaining the balance between the need for shorter term tactical and longer term strategic business wins to ensure our Client’s operations continue to develop smoothly.
