International Franchise Development Manager- Europ

Well known retail brand leader requires an international development manager to play a part in the strategic growth of new markets.

The company has a combination of joint venture and franchise operation relationships across Europe, Middle and Far East markets.

In this role you will source new European and the Middle Eastern partners, assessing them against criteria ensuring their aspirations are in line with company vision. You will then make reccomendations and shall account manage the lead up to the launch of the brand.

Day to day you will interface between the partner and the respective head office. You should make reccomendations to both parties to ensure operations are as slikc as possible.

The role calls for a confident communicator with a track record of delivering results within a franchise driven operation. You must be able to support franchise partners, develop business opportunities and protect brand integrity

To be considered for this role you should have experience of working within a franchised or joint venture retail business, either from time in franchise development or operations.

This is an International position, you will be based from the head office in the UK however your remit will focus on development of European and Middle East partners therefore you are likely to be overseas on average one week in four.

The role offers the chance to play a key role in the success of a rapidly expanding forward thinking franchise business.
