International Head of Accounting

Our client is an international financial services organization, looking to make a senior appointment either on a permanent or 12month contract basis. There is a need to work across boarders with some of the head office functions and languages will be key.
The Role
Within this role, you will work with offices in Germany and Spain, ensuring that the accounting is detailed, correct and delivered on time. This will include managing the treasury position, working with the audit teams and working across the local department. There is a need to understand the business unit, and help drive the position forward and expand your responsibilities.
What we are looking for
You will be an experienced finance manager, with fluent Dutch, German and Spanish. Your daily conversations will be in English, although the accounting will be in Dutch and there is a need to liaise with the German and Spanish offices. In addition, you will have advanced knowledge of Excel and be an analytical team player.
