The Role
Our client, a rapidly expanding specialist technology company, has created the new role of International Operations Director. Your remit will be to devise and implement the strategy that will enable them to cost effectively produce and deliver their comprehensive product range to a worldwide customer base during a period of rapid organic business growth - and to personally lead the team that will deliver!
Leading a multi functional team covering order management, manufacturing (currently outsourced), logistics, procurement/supplier management, and dispatch you will ensure that the processes, procedures and working practices are both fit for purpose to-day and also scaleable to meet to-morrow's business needs thereby ensuring that my client continues to deliver ‘best in class' customer satisfaction.
The Requirement
A graduate, with excellent communication and leadership skills coupled with commercial acumen and a passion for delivering excellence to customers, you will possess a strong engineering/manufacturing background, ideally gained in the High Technology sector, in which you will already have demonstrated your ability as a Change Agent to make step change improvements in operational performance in a fast moving environment.
