International Sales Director

A fast growing on-line subscription market-intelligence service company, providing news, analysis and information to business-developers and professional advisors involved in project finance deals are seeking an International Sales Director, salary £85K, with responsibility for growing subscriptions and driving yield and growing sponsorship sales.

The successful candidate will:
 Ideally be energetic and ambitious, with the ability to manage and motivate a growing team of field sales people and agents both nationally and internationally
 Develop the international growth strategy and grow the team to achieve further penetration in Europe, North America and potential markets in Asia Pacific, Middle East and the subcontinent
 Has the maturity and strategic focus to develop an international team from scratch
 Analyses markets and prospects and writes a strategic and operational sales plan and is able to manage the operational drivers.
 Has proven ability to sell high-value services to sophisticated customers, build and maintain long term relationships and a track record of successfully managing a team of salespeople
 Has international sales experience; experience of professional publishing; as well as knowledge of the finance sector
