International Solutions General Manager, High Tech

You have a wide experience of logistics operations within the high tech sector, ideally including time spent working with another culture and using a second language to do so. You are also a solutions design expert in at least two of the areas of supply chain, transport, warehousing and network design; and have experience of working in a matrix sales and operations environment. Possessing excellent contractual and financial skills, you are used to managing solutions development, conducting detailed analysis, and using metrics to improve performance. In this role, you will support the growth of the business by designing effective logistics solutions for existing and new customers. You will manage and develop a Solutions Analyst reporting to you. You will liaise with other functions to understand, indentify and meet customer requirements, present new business solution designs to stakeholders and customers, and handover to the CTi team to streamline implementation of new business.
You will also develop and manage processes and tools for modelling and costing solutions, and develop new product and services as required
