The Role
*Working alongside Carrier Sales team to deliver monthly international wholesale voice margin targets
*Managing a team of 8 Destination Managers and Execs
*Defining and implementing the buying and routing strategy for International Voice
*Defining and implementing an approach to cost base and routing management
*Monitoring inbound traffic to highlight and address gaps
*Commercial analysis to ensure optimal price and cost management
The Person
*Strong people/team management skills
*Proven track record of managing international voice trading
*Strong numerical/financial background, dealing with large revenue streams
*Highly numerate, able to understand and translate volume data into business knowledge
*Assertive, confident, ambitious, driven
*Demonstrable ability to deliver in a high pressure environment
