Investment Appraisal Manager, Retailer

One of the UK's leading retailers is seeking a senior finance professional to join the team as an Investment Appraisal Manager. Based in Central London.

Focussing predominantly on the significant property portfolio of the business, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis for major investments in new and existing stores, any acquisitions and other property related projects. You will be required to challenge assumptions and make recommendations in the appraisal process, as well as conduct thorough post investment reviews. You will lead a small team of analysts and work closely with various arms of the business, especially non-finance areas.

As a qualified finance professional, you will ideally have investment appraisal experience in a large corporate environment or a top accounting firm. Strong financial modelling skills, combined with knowledge of various appraisal techniques are required, as is the ability to communicate and influence across a senior level.
