Due to an internal promotion an excellent opportunity has arisen, for a professional and experienced IT Audit Manager to join the audit team within this globally recognised brand with an enviable market share!
The position is based at the company's easily accessible regional HQ to the West of London and will report to the Head of Audit in the UK.
You will be required to plan, manage and perform reviews to ensure that there is an adequate and effective system of internal controls within the organisation. The role involves management and leadership of audit projects through the full audit lifecycle.
Following a risk-focused approach, the IT Audit Manager will maintain the IT specific entries in the audit universe and plan, schedule, manage and report on IT related reviews and audits. Through building and fostering of relationship with key decision makers and focused account management, the IT Audit Manager will ensure that the audit universe remains current and fully supports the organisation's objectives.
You will need to possess and demonstrate a proven track record of building and leading teams in a dynamic and challenging environment. Exposure or an interest in the cutting edge technology sectors would be beneficial.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships within this culturally diverse and rapidly changing business. The position will require a degree of travel within the UK and Europe and a second European language would be a definite advantage.
