IT Business Partner
Bracknell - Thames Valley
This is a brand new role, created to partner with a large part of this dynamic business with regards its IT needs. You will therefore be engaging primarily with the business’s key stakeholders, which largely include its executive leadership team and similar experience of managing such complex relationships at this level will be crucial.
The successful candidate will come from a successful upward facing career with one of the big five consulting firms and be looking for your next step. You will possess solid experience of delivering medium to large scale IT business change programmes for large, blue chip corporates. Fundamentally you will be a strong communicator, influencer and negotiator with the ability to engage effectively and credibly with both technical and commercial individuals and teams at all levels. You will have been highly customer facing in your career and possess enormous drive to achieve and succeed. An undergraduate degree would be expected as a minimum, possibly an MBA.
