IT Director
Lincoln - Midlands (East)
I am seeking an experienced IT Director (p/t) for c 10 days per month, which is likely to comprise a regular 2 days per week at the Head Office, with the remainder working remotely from home.
You will be a full member of the senior management team of this successful and rapidly expanding organisation with responsibility for a small IT team.
You will have overall responsible for IT strategy which is integral to the success of the business model and ideally you will have Director level experience in an online quality retailing business turning over at least £25m per annum
My client is flexible on the types of candidate we will consider as we wish to attract the very best talent to this role. As such, with market conditions being tough for the past 18 months the ideal candidate my well be either:
someone who has entered the consultancy market place but is not fully committed and could therefore undertake a p/t role alongside their own work, or
someone who wishes to reduce their hours but to keep their senior management responsibilities, or
someone who may be returning to work after a career break, or
someone else!
Salary is likely to be c £60k per annum (pro rata) plus entry into the management bonus scheme (again pro rata)
