Essential experience/skills:
- Security cleared to SC or DV level
- Experience of managing IT teams
- Thorough understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies and Helpdesk / Desktop Support environments
- IT process management
- Servers, Networking, Active Directory, Lotus Notes/Domino, VMWare, Blackberry devices, Laptop and Desktop Hardware
- Applications support
