IT Security, Governance, Compliance, ITIL, CISSP

IT Security, IT Governance, Compliance, Information Security Policy authority with ITIL & CISSP is sought for an excellent role with a high profile, nationally recognised, standard setting company with over 1000 employees in the UK.

As the successful candidate you will :
o Deputise for and report to the Head of Service Delivery,
o Lead a Team (matrix style) responding to major incidents
o Have excellent Information Security Management experience,
o Have a strong foundation of Information Security Tools, techniques and processes.
o Add technical / management experience across a multi-site infrastructure,
o Resolve a diverse range of security issues (technical security, security policy, governance, regulatory compliance and data protection),
o Assess the need for security products,
o Design technical implementations for products,
o Produce documentation & chair customer meetings.

The ideal candidate will have
o Experience of delivering security products,
o experience of security management within a complex environment, coupled with solid project management skills,
o Good negotiation skills (internal stakeholders an external suppliers).
