IT Service Centre Manager

IT Service Centre Manager - A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced ITIL Service Manager. The role is working for a leading legal firm based in the heart of London.

You will be involved in the management of IT Incident Handling and Client Services Support teams, ensuring that the lifecycle of all incidents is fully managed. You will deputise for the IT Client Services Manager and Head of IT when required. You will ensure business communications from the IT Service Centre are drafted and distributed within agreed guidelines. One major responsibility in this role will be that you will host a global forum and give advice on an International Stage on best practice for Service Centres. Your department will consist of two teams; you will have team leaders that will report into you however you will be expected to be very hands on with all members.

To be successful you MUST be ITIL Blue Badge or above, you must have experience in looking after a Service Centre or Desk , you must have strong communication skills and the ability to work alongside professionals at every level. Analytical skills essential and previous experience in similar environment a distinct advantage.
