IT SOX Compliance Co-ordinator

Our client is an established international business with offices in Guildford, Surrey. They are currently seeking an IT SOX Compliance Co-ordinator to assist in the business achieving on-going compliance with the requirements of the Sarbanes Oxley Act and other IT regulations.

The main duties of this position will involve the following:

- Managing the IT SOX team
- Providing advice and guidance to IT management to enable them to implement effective IT SOX controls
- Lead the IT SOX testing regime
- Lead the IT Operational Risk Assessment

To be successful in this position it will be an advantage to have the following skills and experience:

- Proven success in a lead role either within IT SOX assurance function or within IT audit
- QiCA, CISA or at least 5 years practical experience within an IT Audit function
- ITIL
- Experience of dealing with Senior Management and Key Stakeholders
- Knowledge of other IT regulations and guidelines such as PCI DSS, ISO27001
- A sound understanding of IT Governance and IT control frameworks such as COBIT
