IT Training Manager - Investment Banking
City of London - London
The Technology Division of a leading investment bank is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer with excellent communication and presentation skills to work closely with application development groups in the rollout of software.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to a global training manager you will be responsible for:
Create training and marketing materials
Conduct one-on-one and classroom training
Work closely with application development teams on application rollout strategies
Work with the training team to devise new modes of training
Working closely with the business at a senior level to define training strategy and to analyse feedback
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
• Significant experience in training in the financial services industry
• Experience writing training and marketing materials
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work in a team environment and with all levels of people
• Understanding of M&A and new equity/debt issuance workflows preferred
• Significant experience in the rollout of large software initiatives
• Significant experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
• Creative and innovative
