Following the success of the first year of operation an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Knowledge Manager seeking a high impact role in an organisation which is committed to its values of trust openness, passion and keeping it simple.

As a highly influential part of the business, you will have full responsibility for the preparation, delivery and dissemination of knowledge, both internally and externally. You will engage with and enhance knowledge-based relationships with external stakeholders, develop an information-sharing culture internally and establish and provide a market leading ‘knowledge hub’ for the benefit of the North West. Managing the development of the company’s web and e-marketing content through the newly created knowledge team, you will work closely with both operations and marketing and ensure involvement with regional and national initiatives to develop an ‘exemplar’ service.

Ideally you will be qualified to degree level or equivalent, offer demonstrable prior experience of knowledge management and have an understanding of the public-sector funded business support agenda. Excellent communications skills are a pre-requisite, as is self-motivation, a strong team ethic and the ability to build relationships, both internally and externally at all levels. It is essential you have strong cultural awareness along with an understanding of the private sector, a consultancy-style approach, strong interpersonal skills and the drive to succeed.
