Lead Business Analyst - Primary / Debt Capital Mar

My client a leading Investment bank based in Canary Wharf is looking to recruit a Lead Business Analyst within their primary capital market and Debt Capital market business. In order to be considered for this role you must be an lead / senior BA within an Investment back with experience of primary or debt capital markets.

This is a core business analyst role where you are expected to gather business requirements, produce business specification and perform testing. You will also be expected to lead a team of up to 4 Business analysts.

In order to be successful for this role, you must be an experienced Business Analyst within an Investment bank with extensive exposure to primary capital markets and strong understanding of Debt Capital markets Investment banking knowledge. You must have good understanding of management accounts, revenue, P&L and cost management. You must have comprehensive experience line managing staff across multiple IT disciplines within formal performance management structure and hands-on experience mentoring and coaching to support team and departmental objectives. You must also have be a confident communicator
