Lead Java Developer

This is a superb opportunity to lead a forward thinking development team of 4 and working on the forefront of exciting technology.
The teams are moving towards adoption of Extreme Programming with a strong emphasis on Test Driven Development to help improve code quality and allow confidence in refactoring.
The ideal candidate will come from a scrum SOA environment utilising Agile development principles.

The main technology stack is Java (JEE), Oracle with Spring, Hibernate and various Java Script frameworks (mainly EXTJS). They are also moving towards Flex based user interfaces. The standard application server is WebLogic and we have instances of this running on Linux, Solaris and Windows.
They are actively moving towards SOA based solutions, in addition to business logic and data access web services they are also implementing Grid computing and Data Caching. To this end, knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus technology (ideally Sonic and Looking Glass) as well as Oracle Coherence would be highly advantageous.
In addition knowledge of Java Portlet technology, specifically Vignette and ideally WSRP, and workflow (PEGA) would be advantages.
