Learning & Development Manager - Relocation

This is a fantastic relocation opportunity for a Central London based role with easy transport links.
As part of a continued focus on business improvement, a fantastic new opportunity has been created for an accomplished Learning & Organisational Development specialist, to join one of the UK’s most prestigious professional service organisations.
Partnering key client groups across the business, you will be responsible for improving Organisational effectiveness and facilitating culture change, via a number of Learning & Development and Performance Management initiatives. The role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills and strong commercial acumen, in order to get to the heart of key organisational issues.
The successful candidate will be adept at designing and implementing a fully aligned Learning and Development strategy, including creative project driven solutions for Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Management Development, Succession Planning and Talent Management, all with a clear focus on ROI.
In addition to a proven expertise in OD and Learning solutions, this role will require extensive liaison with HR colleagues and therefore awareness of the wider generalist HR remit is advantageous. Your experience should ideally also be supported by a relevant qualification.
In return you can expect a salary between £50,000 and £54,000 (dependent on experience) and a generous benefits package including 31 days holiday (plus statutory days).
