LIQUIDITY MANAGER
City of London - London
Our client is central London based global bank.
The role holder will carry out liquidity analysis, specialising in Global Markets products – both on & off balance sheet.
Initially, the role holder will work as part of the project team to support implementation of the new tool and the processes around it. Following implementation, the role holder will transition
into the BAU Liquidity Analyst role, specialising in Global Markets
products & working as part of a small team. This will include:
- Quality assurance for ALM Reporting
- The interpretation of liquidity data & trends in business terms
- The management and production of liquidity stress testing and
scenario analysis
- The identification of opportunities for optimising the management of
the bank’s overall liquidity
- Evaluation of the overall liquidity impact of proposed new products,
and product sign off on behalf of ALM
Candidate Requirements
- In depth prior experience in Global Markets products (both on & off
balance sheet) particularly liquidity aspects
- Good general experience and familiarity with other banking products
including Global Banking, CMB & PFS products, and their liquidity aspects
- High level analysis skills
- Previous exposure to Regulatory Reporting
- Graduate and Professional qualification holder (Accountant or MBA)
or, exceptionally, work experience which indicates capability at this level
