Key Responsibilities:
o Recognised as an expert in producing and managing successful communications plan (including strategy and requirements).
o Negotiates effectively with internal and external senior level audiences and is able to convey complex materials succinctly and effectively.
o Creates and delivers powerful presentations to large audiences, including highly sensitive commercial situations, with strong personal style.
o Advises others on presentation style and content for any business presentation.·
o Able to proactively undertake interventions at the most senior levels within the client or partner organisations, willing to address highly delicate and difficult issues.
o Proactively looks to transfer this skill to others. Likely to also have formal facilitation training or accreditation.
o Recognised expert who is able to assess and promote required business benefits to staff at all levels of the project/programme/business, to ensure that there is a logical approach complex situations and keep a focus on business objectives and intended benefits.
o Able to work with senior colleagues/suppliers responsible for different business/project/programme segments to ensure that maximum benefits are achieved for the business as multiple inter-interrelated projects/activities achieve their deliverables.
o Will maintain the business cases for funding and confirms the continuing business viability of the project/programme at regular intervals.·
o More than 3 years experience in the delivery of major programmes, and be a member of a Professional body (such as the PPM) and have accreditation in PRINCE2 or MSP.·
o Is an exemplar in demonstrating effective leadership and advising/coaching others, and has sufficient gravitas to operate at the most senior levels.
o Likely to hold a formal coaching qualification and have considerable experience of coaching and/or training at a senior level. May have led a large change initiative in a senior exec or change agent/consultant role.
