Lodestar Team Lead

With proven experience of application development and system change you will be an innovative and operational thinker with commercial acumen and a business partner approach, able to use your influencing skills to prioritise effectively and facilitate change. Your business / technical skill set will include:

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proven experience of application development and system change.
• Strong management skills, able to develop relationships with and influence key stakeholders across the business.
• A creative, innovative thinker who understands customers needs and how best to meet them, combining a passion for customers with an ability to generate real commercial value.
• An understanding of Lodestar Pricing Expert Implementation, Rules Language coding and Release Management.
• Sound understanding and knowledge of PL SQL.
• Appreciation of business/technical architecture and design.
• An understanding of Change Management methods.
• Requirements capture and definition.
• Day-to-day use of Microsoft Office and other similar packages e.g. Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint.

The role is based in Staines and pays a base salary of £75,000 + bonus, car allowance and many more benefits.
