Logistics Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity for a supply chain professional to join a leading retailer to support the development and management of the logistics Central function.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintain and monitor financial & other processes across the group to ensure data reliability
• Driving the development and implementation of new processes and controls within Logistics group to drive internal efficiencies
• Support the development of the reporting function, improving the offering across the Logistics Group, and enhancing the quality of the reporting
• Supplement information delivered to senior management with analysis, insight and recommended actions
• Challenge and evolve data collection tools and processes
• Respond to ad-hoc information and analysis requests promptly and effectively
• Maintain regular dialogue with the various levels of management with Logistics to understand their business and reporting challenges enabling further development of the Central Services function to meet these needs

To be successful you will have experience of working in a large and complex Logistics organisation with an appreciation of both project and run activities. You will have experience of implementing governance roles, processes and systems at a group or portfolio level.
