Operations Director, building services required working for one of the most pioneering M&E Clients in London. Who are at the front line of delivering a high quality M&E installation service to the commercial market, including healthcare, education, MOD, industrial, Retails and Leisure.
They provide market-leading mechanical and electrical services across the UK and we seek someone who has a proven track record of building solid relationships and maybe able to rekindle previous relationships over to this company.
The Company has a strong heritage, high brand recognition and deep experience in the M&E Sector. We are seeking a candidate who has worked hard to build their career and lead from the front.
This Operations Director requires a dynamic individual who will bring innovative ideas and energy and have a real ability in developing new opportunities into which the business can further grow.
Has experience of and duties:
• Managing the tender and bid process and attending all relevant meetings/interviews
• Managing budgets and project delivery
• Working closely with internal and external agencies building key relationships
• Management of commercial projects £1-50m
• Over-see the M&E staff and review/monitor the professional development
• Implementing contractual and commercial matters
• Strategic planning
• Managing/establishing a strong supply chain
• Reviewing systems, processes and procedures, implementing change and improvements
