The EMB management consultancy team are insurance specialists who work both in tandem with the EMB actuarial teams and independently of them, as client needs dictate. EMB is as committed to growth in wider management consultancy as in the core actuarial practice. We’ve been successful at getting the foundation of this team in place and we’re recruiting again as part of our planned expansion.

Our new recruits will need to have genuine general insurance knowledge and experience with a strong core discipline where they are comfortable that they have real expertise. They may be currently:

*with an insurer, but attracted to the idea of working with a wide range of organisations and people;

*within a large consulting practice, but wondering whether something more personal, where their voice is more clearly heard, would be more satisfying;

*anywhere else, and attracted to EMB’s reputation for quality as the leader in its marketplace.

Most of all, we’re looking for capable people, committed to contributing to the team around them and with the same objective as us – always doing the right thing for the client.
