Manager of Project Mangers

To lead the PM team in achieving the teams objectives.

Use RSMS to select the most appropriate resources for projects.

Provide Monthly/Quarterly resource forecasts based on Country/technology/BG/BD.

Staff projects using Resource Management processes from the UK&I Pool and the Resource Forecast.

To develop the PM team and to ensure appropriate delegation and rewards for good performance are set.

To ensure appropriate timely and measured responses are achieved which will have a favourable impact on the Project time, cost and quality.

To be a member of management team and to assist in the development of process, procedures and policy, for its future effectiveness.


Qualifications
Key skills:
Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
Strong experience in the Telecoms Industry
Candidates must be able to communicate at all levels within the Customer organisations
Experience in managing project delivery with multiple BD solutions.
Flexible but logical approach to problem solving
