2009 was an exceptional year for this multi-national financial services consultancy; revenue, headcount and capability grew tremendously owing to demand for their deep content and sector knowledge.

Growth remains very high on the agenda for 2010, with immediate need for exceptional consultants on current engagements, for the solid onward pipeline and for the continued investment and development of their capability.

Current project work includes major post merger integration projects, performance improvement engagements to reduce cost and maximise revenue, advisory for market entry and consulting around the integration of new banking systems.

Successful candidates will apply their existing knowledge of banking content and operations to deliver business improvement across the front, middle and back offices.

Please check you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:

• Extensive recent experience within Retail Banking OR Capital Markets
• Strong business consulting skills in: Business process modelling and improvement, operating model design, project management and advisory
• Credibility at senior levels
• Willing to participate in business development including bids, proposal writing, proposition and capability development and team development
• Bachelors degree
• Career history with a leading management consultancy or relevant project based roles within a bank
• Full UK mobility required.
