Managing Consultant – Business Change
London - London
Excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, globally recognised Business and IT services firm.
Our client is a globally recognised, highly regarded IT services, business consulting and outsourcing organization. Operating in over 47 countries world-wide, they offer Business and IT solutions to clients across a range of sectors.
As a result of continued success, they are looking to rapidly expand the UK consulting practice by making numerous hires in multiple areas. As part of this growth strategy, they are looking to take on a number of Business Change specialists at managing consultant level. The role will encompass both advising on, and delivering change associated with shared services, ERP implementations, business transformation, organisational design and business performance improvement.
The successful candidates will have extensive consulting experience with a demonstrable expertise in Change Management. They will be familiar with running large scale change programmes on client site, and will also have had previous involvement in business development, including interfacing with senior level business leaders.

• Expertise and proven experience in Change Management consulting within a management consulting or systems integrator firm.
• Experience in running change management delivery programmes
• Previous involvement in business development, including responses to bid/ RFI’s, and interfacing with senior level business leaders
