Managing Consultant Supply Chain
£60,000- £75,000 + bonus + benefits

In these times of tight margins and cost reductions, the move is away from Strategy and Process Improvement and Change Management are more then ever at the forefront of business's activity.

My client a leading expert in logistics and manufacturing consultancy are expanding their Supply Chain division. An experienced Managing consultant is required to manage process improvement and change management. You will have the ability to deliver measurable and sustainable process improvement and change to clients in a wide range of industries such as Retail, Logistics, Pharmaceutical, Health and Public Sector.

Successful consultants will have the ability not only to deliver change but to win new business, maintain and grow existing clients. You will be responsible for managing multiple change projects, clients and senior consultants. Experience with Lean and Six Sigma would be advantageous.

The ideal consultant will have a consulting background in business improvement with a focus on SME's and have an average of bringing in £500k of new business annually. Travel within the UK will be a major part of this role and you should be expecting at least 3 nights aweek away from home.
